Evangelist Frank Mwakasisi is a dynamic and passionate teacher, speaker, and counselor known around the world. He holds a master’s degree in structural engineering and a Ph.D. in bridge engineering and earthquake engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, USA.

Dr. Mwakasisi is a bridge engineer and former professor of civil engineering. Despite such extensive training as an engineer, he has dedicated his time and energy for more than a decade to building spiritual bridges, as he shares the Gospel message and becoming all things to all people for the sake of the gospel.

He is the president and founder of Mighty Outreach International. This organization helps churches reach more people for Christ by training pastors, leaders, and congregation members on how to share their Christian faith and grow their churches. Dr. Mwakasisi is so passionate about church growth, and he mentors many pastors in areas related to church growth, evangelism, church planting, and church leadership.

He also offers fast-paced seminars with the latest field-tested practical and creative tools  for effective outreach and church growth, as presented on his website. He is sold out to God with NO PLAN B  and fired up for God with jumbo size passion for lost people  who really matter to God.

Furthermore, he is the president and founder of Mighty Outreach Publishers, an independent publishing company that helps aspiring authors create and release content of great spiritual and physical impact. The company publishes books in only two categories: Christian content and health, fitness, and nutrition.
